System Analyst/CRM Developer (entry level)

JOB FUNCTIONS AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Core Solutions, a leading implementer of CRM systems in the northeast, has an opening for an entry level CRM developer. The successful candidate should be able to manage a complex workload, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, perform under pressure and use good judgment in providing services based on firm objectives and goals. This person will work closely with other technical team members and will interface with all levels of management. You should be forward thinking and aggressive in recommending ways to improve and streamline technology use and have general business, project management, communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM is beneficial; experience with SalesLogix, GoldMine, or MSCRM, a big plus but is not required.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Versed with .NET Framework, C#, JavaScript and MSSQL Server
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives with little supervision

PREFERRED TECHNICAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SalesLogix or other CRM application
  • Experience with Microsoft ASP.NET, C#, jSon, Javascript, jQuery
  • Experience with Crystal Reports, Microsoft SQL Reporting Services or similar report writer

A BIG PLUS:

  • Experience of defining/creating solution architecture, functional and technical design documentation
  • Expertise in design and hands-on development of web services to integrate our CRM offerings with other business applications.
  • Experience developing, implementing and/or troubleshooting .Net, web-based, and client/server applications in a networked and/or web environment
  • Well versed with the technical architecture of CRM systems
  • MCSD, MCP, PMP certifications preferred
  • Strong communication and documentation skills

EDUCATION:

  • BS, Computer Science or related degree, or equivalent work experience.
